Are digital patterns refundable?

Digital PDF patterns and course purchases are nonrefundable after download or access.

Can I return printed patterns?

For unused printed patterns, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email photos and order details within seven days so we can promptly resolve damaged orders.

When will my refund arrive?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
